What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?

68 Classifieds - v4.1.9 Developer
What template are you using?

TemplateCodes.com

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

hellao dear support

the problem is pop-up ads on my web site you can check please

my web site link

There are viruses on my site made me crazy

I asked the hosting company to scan all files, but thay did not find any problem
I barely hit the insanity of this pop-up ads
Please help
Is this the virus is in the module or site template or script
That went on for several months, not out of any solution to this problem
Please help me

have you got a backup of your site?
if you do just reupload allt he files over the told of the ones there.
Just keep the pictures.

Its the easiest alternative, thats why you make frequent backups, so restoring things is as simple as re uploading.

The alternative is going through every file on your site and removing virus code as well as deleting the virus files from your site. Change all your passwords, for your host, database, e-mail, ftp, classifieds etc.

I'm very sorry to hear that your hosting account has been compromised! The very first step in getting this problem resolved is to check ALL PASSWORDS associated with your hosting account. I don't know the statistics and can't say what percentage of hacked accounts are a result of poor password choice. However, it's more likely that your hosting account was hacked as a result of password compromise than the use of the 68 Classifieds script.

If you find that this is NOT the case, please let us know. Security is very important to us.

Virus is because of the Java code for one of the famous sites statistics
script is Completely clean

I'm sorry you experienced problems but I'm glad 68 Classifieds was not the cause.
