admin panel not accesable

On some server configs you actually need a php.ini in each directory.

I sent him the stuff I had with a php.ini file and an encoder but it still has not cured the problem.

Well, if the front end works but not the back end the the conclusion is that the script files for the back end are not finding the ioncube loader which points right back to a configuration issue on the server.

if its developer it doesnt need ioncube for the front end.
a php info file would be helpful

I sent him one with the loader helper file but he responded it did not work. Perhaps this is different solution - hope he comes back to let us know what it was in the end..
