Hi, I am just looking for clarification regarding a solution i found in the forums to an issue i have. To alter the code in /external.php, can this be completed in the designer edition?

I am looking to creating a newsletter that I send out weekly that has all my listings in it (title and price only). I have looked at 3rd party sites, like MailChimp, which will send my RSS feed in HTML format. My question here is, is this the best method to do this, or if not, can someone point me in the right direction.
