Well here is an update to Link Wheels . It appears that the technique is working. There are some great new tools out there to produce mini sites like this one Property In France using weebly.com

Those interested in making good quality links to their sites to improve their relevance and ranking should use them. Forget the directory submissions and all the usual offers of reciprocal links - none hardly work and you will be throwing your money and time away.

In addition, those interested in participating in an SEO link wheel to link wheel can PM me. I am looking for a link wheel to link up with my wheel which starts at French Property For Sale. Your wheel will need to have at least 5 sites in it.
