What I like:
Overall look and aesthetics are good.
It's quick
Nice pics (except I would use a color pic on the left instead of B&W)

What I don't like:
The top header takes over half of the vertical page which means that you must scroll in order to see the main content on every single page including the home page. That gets old very quickly.

I really like the site as well. I am that great at designing so I don't really have any tips except I agree with Mike about the header.

Looks good, very nice job.

I would address the tabs, make them expand over, this is the only major issue that bothers me. Personally, I would also address the large header, by stacking the 3 images you have below it on the left, make the tabs expand over until they reach the image stack. Then just keep the "Find Professional..." text where it is currently at. This should reduce the overall height of the header and make it a little more appealing.

Default Nice site!

I didn't see how much it cost to post an ad. I liked the format and looks great!

My first impression was this site looks very tight and slick (keeping in mind the comments above). A new customer would I'm sure be quite confident in participating.

Your integration with the forum is also very well done.

If you agree with the other comments already made and follow up on these, your site will have everything going for it. Well done thus far.

Hi, I really like the initial impression of the site and the mirror effect on the three main tabs. Looks like the site is doing well! In reviewing some pages of the site I did notice alot of ? mark symbols and places where a link shows the entire lengthy address. I'm not a designer or anything, so maybe you are just doing admin on the site right now. Overall it is a smooth site.

The ? are from your browser encoding, probably utf-8. Switch it to iso and they go away.

I've noticed that is what the page is set at, so this would need to change or your content.

Code:
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
