Dunno how difficult this would be … but it would be really nice if users/owners were able to map the location of the item they are selling (or alternately their business) if they wanted to.

Something like …

1. On members side - Allow members to be able to map the location of their item when creating their ad/listing. A map it! link would then appear on viewlisting.tpl with the map opening as a pop up … or maybe even have the map interface embedded on the viewlisting.tpl page if you wanted to get real fancy.

2. On the admin side - Enable administrators the option of choosing which mapping site they use throughout their site …

E.g., (…depending on country, etc)

Obviously some sites would find this feature more useful than others eg. Real Estate, Cars, Business Directory. But most of the big classified sites appear to have this feature in some form or another now adays.
