V4.0 rc10 is now released and a personal note.

First off I am very sorry in the delay. Since our last release I have had another arm surgery and been out of commission due to that. The good news is that I am now going to physical therapy three times a week to get my movement back. Currently I still can't touch my face.

V4.0 rc10 is now released and is available from our customers section.

This release is a maintenance release that fixes bugs that have been reported.
