restrcit a catagory to a user or group
I have the local animal shelter a catagory under my pets section and I only want that user or group to post in that catagory. How can that be accomplished? Is it already there but I'm missing it?

I may have answered my own question.. I found this in the 3.0 forum. I am going to try it and see if it works with 3.1.
