We had a huge family emergency, and I am just now getting back to this.
According to my host, I need to look for value with 'REMOTE_ADDR' and replace it with 'HTTP_X_CLUSTER_CLIENT_IP' Unfortunately, the code is encrypted, so I'm stuck. BTW, they would not agree to change anything on their end. If anyone knows what that might be, I'd love the input.

How arrogant of your host to not fix their non-standard setup - that will mess with all sorts of things.
 We'll work with you on our module though. I made the change to our code to accompany their requirements, but did it in such a way that it should still work should you decide to host your site elsewhere. Check your email for the updated file.
