Hash Key problem! help

This site was working fine until I changed the my key to match the 68member section key, then it stopped working, and where is this

"When you log into your sites admin it tells you what to do on your sites end, delete the key.php file"

I can not see this in my 3.10, and Iv done everything now twice and still can get into my admin

I would also like to know the long term future about 68, as I see a trend of lacking support in the forums and in responce times from member support, I like to know what contingency plans you have in place in case Eric lives this world or this project or you have a system crash and my site cant call back for the key check and then locks up.

They must be some other way to protect your work other than this damm license key call back system

OK its working now, I deleted the /license/key.php file them went into the 68 members section and rest the key by clicking edit button above the pink box with my license key in it.

I still stand by my other comments about this floored system, I may have lost a $90 listing now because of this

Aside from having the license key change at one point(which was an issue publicly stated in the announcement forum) solving the hash issue is always as easy to resolve as deleting they key file, then going straight to the 68c website(dont attempt to log into your owns sites admin pages), logging into your account and resetting your own license.

68C gave users the ability to reset their own own license so people dont have to worry about any down time.
