Default Hash Key problem! help

I got the dreaded...

Quote:
Hash incorrect. Please delete the file license/key.php and reload this page. If that does not work please contact 68 Classifieds for support.

I've check the classifieds.php and it is the same Key as on my Account page.

Can someone help, submitted my second ticket today and still no response will i need to re install the whole script? And what causes this error? This is a serious bug and one i can't take especially after purchasing Developer Version.

Any help will be hugely appreciated as i've missed my deadline by 3 days over this issue.

When you log into your sites admin it tells you what to do on your sites end, delete the key.php file. After that log into 68c member area goto your downloads, select your 68c software from the list by clicking on get downloads.

Right above the key is a form for you to fill in the details for your sites domain. Make any changes that are needed and if none are needed just press the edit button to reset key.

The key is tied to the domain name where the site resides. If your in the development stages and moving the site around it will invalidate the key.
