No, not yet. V4 is still in beta (though well advanced). An announcement will no doubt be made when the software is ready for a live site.

Approximate Scheduled Release of V4
Similar question...I'm also wondering on an approx. time line for V4 ? I'm trying to decide whether to purchase V3 now and upgrade later, or just wait until V4 is out of beta. Any suggestions ?
