Smile New 68 site! - 04-15-2007, 07:02 PM

Just wanted to say hey to everyone here and show off my new site, www.eliteclassifieds.net ... It has some extensive work done to it thanks to Maffo (from these forums). It will be an automotive classifieds website featuring many different makes and models of cars, motorcycles and eventually even boats, along with parts and a business directory for respective businesses. So far the site came out great, it has a dynamic template design, the ability to ad sub sites and categories and many other features, just take a look around... there will be more to come in the near future.

Let me know what you think, any feedback good or bad is welcome.

If you ever need any work on your site be sure to contact Maffo, he made this all possible and he knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

Excellent presentation - well done.
Interested to know why the 'Classified Software' link (bottom of pages) points to http://www.classified-software.co.uk/

I like it very much especially the Multiple Classifieds Sites, how is it done? Maffo, is there a way I could do it myself?

Its taken a long time darek and to be fair, this element wasnt developed for GP personally. GP is the first user of a piece of software Im creating that runs 68 3.1.7 at the core. The software has hundreds of code changes and various mods. Although its not 100% complete you can see more details by clicking on the classified software link in my signature.

The multisite mod runs right through the program and is not a plugin as such.

Maffo, I can't pay that much, pity, your changes are really great as it is or pretends that it is or just works with several domains, you really changed a lot, but sorry, I went a bit further, actually much further in the 68 mods and changed the way it works, I think no moddification will work with my changes, if you are interested go private. For now - is it too much if I asked you if you can, of course, how you made it work for different domains? I might need it for one of my projects, actually I am still thinking about it how it shoul work. Additional domains would be an advantage - do you use one or several databases?

hahah

My friend those prices on my website are for people who can afford to pay it.

Im not actually a person who has a great care for money, I just want to get by so (and once my websites top of the search engines ) if I can get just one buyer per month at full price, Im a very happy chappy. The product cant really have a value as its what you put it into that you can get out of it. Ive tried to expand on an already fantastic platform. Ive tried to make it even easier for non IT people to start up these sites if they have an apt for marketing. I honestly believe that to certain business, the price will not be of concern for such a great product. However anybody on any budget can feel free to talk to me about my system, tell me what they want out of it, and if suitable an arrangement met. My site needs to be started as a new project as it would be impossible to integrate it with another classifieds site.
