v3.1b5 is now released and can be downloaded from the member section.

This is hopefully the last beta release before it becomes the official version.

Some changes with this include the following:
Fixed bugs reported
Removed vbulletin module because I am redoing it and it can be released seperate.
Added new extra field type for file upload.
Added new upgrade scripts from v3.0 so it reorders categories to the new weight system.
Reworked member_rating module to work with members or listings. Also emails the site admin when a review is added.

Here is our current to-do list for this version:
1. Write new usermanual
2. Rework vbulletin module and possibly the auto notify.
