The payment for the store is treated like a regular listing, because it has it's own packages. You can set the number of images the store may have, the ability to allow custom categories, the ability for a custom layout.tpl.php, and all the regular package abilities. To check out the package for the stores, go to the admin area and look at the packages.

To maintain security, we've opted to allow only the admin to upload the custom template. It is up to them if they wish to send the customer the template for modification, hire it out, or modify it themselves. Once created it is uploaded to the template directory, and then they must input the title into that store's listing.

I made a custom template for my store, snyder.tpl.php, and in my store I placed this text in the custom layout field, 'snyder', the .tpl.php is added by the module if a custom layout exists. To turn it off input 0 or leave the field blank and the default template will be used.
