The extra pages won't be included in the first release but will come as an add-on I think. However, the store will have a main description which is created during ad placement and is labeled about us, their is a contact page, and of course the categories page within the store.

We do plan to add the custom pages back in but wanted to sell the store as a core module where customers can either download or buy add-ons depending on how much work goes into them. This way people are not overwhelmed with options they may not need or want.

Yes, you can assign multiple business subcategories and categories. The store owner can then assign their own categories/subcats as they see fit. If the listing is viewed in the store it will be found under their custom cats, other wise it will be viewed as a normal listing with a link to the store under the main site categories.
