The two people who own the company are the only two individuals that are "in the office".
IMHO, the strength of 68 Classifieds isn't defined by the number of people in the office. It's defined by the entirety of the forum members and the moderators - the questions, answers, comments and responses make 68 Classifieds better.
And, to go even further, I believe the quality of responses are better (would you rather receive blood that was donated by someone or paid for?) There are no hidden agendas in the responses ("the boss will see my reply", etc.)
