They are negotiable. I don't think I can divulge our rates but they are cheaper than that.

The main reason we don't use Paypal is that if you run multiple businesses (even as dbas), you can still only have one Paypal account tied to a bank account. So basically if you run AAAClassifieds & BBBClassifieds, you can only run cards through one or the other - one of the sites will end up putting the other's business name on their credit card statements. To my knowledge this limitation still exists w/ Paypal Pro.
