ok how do i restore my database from the backup i made.... im not sure if im doing it right. i went to cPanel, then backup files, then upload.. then i upload the back up file i made but it takes...

ok the site works when i tested payment of a free ad with the upgrade option of highlighted, and after the payment is processed, it sends me back to the thankyou page on my site and it has this error...

navigation bar not always showing when logged in

wrapping long descriptions in FF tables
