Character Count Error
Error message appears even though "Characters Remaining" is less than/equal to max allowed.

Repro Steps:

1. Click place an add
2. Log in > Select Category > Select Package > Listing Details
3. Enter max number of characters in the description text area on the Listing Details Page. (Ex. 450/450)
4. Click Continue Button

Actual Result:

The following error Message appears:

The description you have entered is to long. Please shorten it to less than XXX characters.

Expected Result:
Numbers in "Characters Remaining:" and the actual number should match.

Note:
It appears that <Enter> is counted as 2 characters (<LF+CR>).

I deduced this by using the string '123456789 ' until 450 characters were reached (the maximum I had set). I then deleted the final <space> and replaced it with <Enter>. Error received.

After deleting <Enter> and returning <space>, no error message was received.

OS: Windows 2K Eng
Browser: IE 6.0 and Firefox 2.0.0.6
Template: default

I have just retested this on RC9 (which shows RC8 on the Admin panel) and it is still present. This is using the default template in Firefox 2.0.0.7 and IE 6.
