Listing: Second Image is added on page refresh
A second image is added when the page is refreshed after adding the initial image to a listing.
Repro Steps:
1. Click �place an add� 2. Log in 3. Select Category 4. Select Package 5. Listing Details 6. Browse to image and click "Add Image" button 7. After image is added, then Refresh Page Actual Result: Another Image is added Expected Result: Image should not be added OS: Windows 2K English Browser: IE 6.0 and Firefox 2.0.0.6 Template: default Note: </form> tag is also missing |

I have just retested this on RC9 (which shows RC8 on the Admin panel) and it is still present. This is using the default template in Firefox 2.0.0.7 and IE 6.
