how to make it to auto web or car sale site?

Hello friend, I was wondering if 68C can modify to use for car sale web site which have "advanced serach" such as search by make, model,from year to year, private or dealer? if possible who can help me and how much will cost and how long it can complete it. I mean the search like bellow two site,
aussieautos.com
totalcars.com.au

Just use extra fields.

Make - Parent Extra Field
Model - Child Extra Field
Year - Range Extra Field
Dealer - Select Option (Yes or No)
