the Upgrades and Support Renewal Price Increase to Support Renewal' price will increase from $29.95 to $49.95.

on the mine site its still the normal price ????

When the price of petrol goes up do they tell you in advance? if the price of a bread goes up do they tell you in advance?
Prices are always going to move, you cant blame 68c for this. 9 days is plent of notice

I'd like to point out that the notice also shows up on the main page of your administration area. I assumed that customers would login to their administration more than once a week.

You're complaining about a perceived lack of quality service but you want to collect money from someone by selling your license so that they can receive our "lack of quality service"?
