I forgot my password

And I Click On Forgot Password, And I Enter The Email Adress, And A Message Has Sent To My Email Got A

New Password, But When I Use This Password A Message Appear says:

Sorry, your account has been stopped

Please Help Me I Dont Know What I Do.

The problem has been resolved
Where the problem was:

Membership they contain the value of level = 4 within the database

But when converted to the value 1 is returned to the origin

Means that the administration's statements has been set for membership of the new
