My 6th license
I want to get my 6th license to make another new site
I have had a discount in the past when I got my 5th copy IV also got this problem that Eric is not responding to in the forum Users unable to modify ads after upgrade to v4 Thanks CHRD

It would be best to submit two ticket one for the discount and one for the issue.

Did you get an auto response with the ticket id?
Also can you login to your customer account and see if the ticket is there? If so can you let me know the ticket id?
