If you ordered the hosted version is includes installation. They will e-mail you once its installed which is usually within 24 hours but since its the middle of the weekend it may take a bit longer.

Yes what everyone stated is correct. I have just emailed you to get your details and should be able to get it installed first thing Monday morning.
