Customizing the listing views

Hello,

I'm wondering if someone can tell me if there is a way to modify the variables within a listing that are displayed while a user is browsing.

For example, in the Demo version the title, price, city, state, country are all displayed when browsing the Cars category. If I created some custom variables within a category, such as Year, Make, Model, how could I get them to display when a user is browsing or searching?
