Hi. Id sent in an email via support on this, but havent heard back yet so thought I might ask in the forum.
About me: I'm a beginning webmaster; I have a couple websites, and use Microsoft FrontPage which doesn't require knowledge of code or HTML. I am looking at several Classified Ad software programs. Since I do not know code (PHP, CSS, etc.), I'm having a difficult time loading the free script programs so have at this point pretty much figured Im going to have to buy a program. I look for the free scripts because if I can't get it to work I'm not out the money. Problem is though that most every scripts Ive run across needs me to tweak this or change that unfortunately, the instructions are written for those who are computer and/or code-savvy lets me right outta the game! However, I am very stubborn and keep trying anyway... then get frustrated and chuck it all. I've been struggling with this now for months, and am about ready to give up.
My question: since Ive had so much difficulty getting the previous programs to run, I am wanting to know if you have a Free Trail of your software? I am hesitant to buy something that I cant get to work, and/or if I have to keep getting someone else to do it for me whats the point? I also dont want to have to learn code or new programming just to put up this site not that Im lazy, but I (apparently) dont have the mental capability apparently to learn. I tried learning Spanish and French in school flunked big time. I guess the side of my brain that is capable of learning and retaining that stuff isnt working right. I also am not musically inclined cant read music (tried that too), and cant sing either (others hate it when I try).

My way of learning is being shown, hands-on, and/or graphically pointed to where I need to go via a screenshot. Then I catch on.
The other issue is that Im on a small, limited-income budget. I dont mind paying for something, but I cant afford to buy something and then not be able to use it. That is a waste of money. So, in an effort to avoid the problem, I thought Id ask about your free trials. If you dont have free trials, what is your return/refund policy? Is there a UTDTO (User To Dumb To Operate) refund policy that I could take advantage of?

The other item that concerns me is the IonCube Loader. I probably would need help with that.
I am eager to try new things, and am more than willing to attempt anything once. I've seen your demos and screenshots; the software seems to be exactly what I am looking for, with all the features and functions I need. But I also know myself well enough to realize that I may need help at some points along the way, and if I am not able to make it work, I'd like to try and ensure I could get my money back.
I appreciate your time, and look forward to a reply.
Respectfully,
Cindy
