Templete and mod upgrades free?
If I purchase v3.1 now and purchase a template and mods, when v4.0 is available will I have to purchase the templates and mods again that will work on v4.0? Or will I be offered upgraded templates and mods of the ones I own that work on v4.0?

Templates and mods purchased from us come with free upgrades. So you will not have to purchase them again.
However all of them have not been converted yet.
