Difference between featured and highlighted ads
Hello,
Can someone tell me what is the difference between featured and highlighted ads. Because, it seems to me that highlighted ads stays always on the top. Does they have priority? I supposed that featured adds has priority. I am confused. Please, help. Thank you. |

The 'featured' adds are always on top and are also available via the 'featured listings' menu link. 'Highlighted' and 'bold' options just highlight or bold the listing - nothing more. They do not receive any priorities over any other listings.

Hi Sinisa,
I changed this on my system so as a customer can only choose one of the options. For example, a customer at present can choose featured and highlighted, probably not knowing the difference and really they shouldnt be paying for both. Instead I have a checklist. I have attached a screen shot of what I mean. If you are interested in doing it this way, no problem. However there are about 5 or six pages that need changing if I remember correctly. You would require the developer edition.
