Default Rename A field

Im thinking of using your script actually to run a rental site. Just curious about 4 things.

1) is it possible to rename a field. For example in the add when you view the add the name of the txt field is "Price" Is there a way to name it " Daily Rental Price" or "weekly rental price"

2) Is it possible to add a field in where you view the add so for example you would have

Daily Rental Price
Weekly Rental price

3) Is it possible to add another criteria to the search funtion?

4) and lastly are you still developing your Bstore Mod?

Yes we are still working on bStore, we are doing some final testing (I know this has been said a couple of times but we want it out with as few problems as possible. Plus, there are a couple of hooks that would have to be added which will come with the next release of 68Classifieds.)

Yes, you can rename the fields, you would have to edit either the language file for them to change globally or you could edit them in a couple of template files.

Yes, most of the listing fields can be added to the search results, I'm not sure that all of them are being displayed in the search template so it would just be a matter of adding in the input. With the developer version you could also add in your own fields and change the search results to your liking. You could also do this with a module, I've made a module or 2 that adds to the search results but the fields I added we also done via the module and not the extra fields.

The extra fields section in the admin allow you to assign as many fields as you are likely to need for display within the listings.

Let me know if I left anything out.

I'm not sure when the next version will be released, but hopefully I can get through the final testing for the bStore module this week. At that point I might make it availible for the developer version since the hooks can be manually added.
