Hi, I purchased the 68 Classifieds Developer last Wednesday, via payment on Paypal. However I haven't received anything from you as yet. I have tried to email via the address supplied in the Paypal receipt (@68designs.com) but I am just receiving an error (sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts). I have also tried to call with no luck (at cost to me as I am in NZ). What is going on? Can I get the package?

If i dont get a response, I will be reversing the charge.

Sorry to hear you've having difficulties, I responded to your first ticket submission within 8 minutes. Please use the ticket system for account related issues and I'll get it sorted out ASAP.

Sometimes, we don't receive successful postbacks from Paypal and have to manually approve the orders. Your order should be available for download now. Apologies for the delay and confusion!

I don't think I submitted a ticket in the first place? If I go to the "Submit a ticket" link in your signature, I cant login as I don't have any details (and the forum login doesnt work).

When you made the purchase you should have created an account with a username and password. Use that information and login here: Login

Once you login there you will have access to the downloads. If you can't remember your login information or can't login please send me a PM through this forum and I will contact you and provide that information.

Hi, I have the same problem, I paid with paypal yesterday (don't have any downloads available at the moment) but also can't write a ticket...
how long it takes to be available for download?
