Default Still awaiting payment

Hi there,

I made my purchase for the developer edition on friday. In the customer area, theres a ticket that evidentiates my paypal payment thats closed, yet I get "I am sorry you do not have any downloads available." at the downloads page. In the orders area it says awaiting payment in the status. I would be grateful if someone could check this up.

I would assume 68C are coming back from their weekend soon in a few hours time. I would not worry too much.

In the future, please consider submitting a support request through the customer portal when you have a question or issue with billing or payment transactions.

Hi Blair,

Thank you very much for your attention to this. I tried to do that (opening a support ticket) but the system said my support subscription had expired or something like that. I deducted (assumed) since the payment hadn't been approved the support subscription hadn't kicked in, so I decided to use the forums.
