When ordering the Hosting product you are offered the option of buying "installation or upgrade", do I have to purchase this for a smooth instillation or I guess my question is what exactly does this purchase does for me? Is there anything I need to make sure to have on my computer before I install? Finally, to my understanding the hosting product includes a domain name, is this right and at what time will I be prompted to choose my domain name? Thank you for your patience.

No you do not have to order this with the hosted edition. We take care of everything.

This is listed because our cart just shows it no matter which product you purchase.
