Hi,

I am willing to buy 68 classifieds but I need to know whats the difference between Developers and Designers packages, and if I buy designers package will I be able to upgrade it to Developers package in future if I need so?

Designer allows you to modify the look and feel of your system - i.e template changes. It only allows functional changes at the template level in general. Developer on the other hand allows you to modify the core php files and functionality of the system in as much details as you wish. Yes you can upgrade from designer to developer versions if you need to.
