Just thought I would share my current situation. So those of you looking for hosting might want to pay attention. This is the type of CS you can expect from BH

68C forums military members cannot get to.
Back story, I sent a request to BH to help troubleshoot my problem by suggesting that they move me to a dedicated IP and if that worked I would be more than happy to purchase it. This is their response.
Suggestion: Use HOST GATOR or someone ELSE

Is this the kind of support I can expect from blue host?
I can read. I do understand how to setup a dedicated IP.
My issue revolves around the fact that I cannot access my site from within a .mil domain. AKA (my customer base)
My trouble ticket explained that I can get to another site hosted on your servers without a problem
Package Design : Branding Solutions : Packaging Design Agency : Collateral Design : BigDesign.com (IP 69.89.31.128) and my thought was that maybe my site which has an IP (69.89.31.163) which is a shared IP is being blocked by the .mil domain. So I suggested that if we could try and use a static IP to solve the problem I would purchase it.
Your response to that was to send me a canned form letter on how much dedicated IP addresses cost instead of troubleshooting my problem.
So why, when I stated that if would could not resolve my connectivity issue I would have to change my host would I buy additional packages from your company without knowing the outcome.
Please pass this email to your supervisors so that I might resolve my problem.
If you intend not to resolve my issue please let me know so that I can close my account.

For example, $2.50 a month x 21 months remaining on account = $52.50 USD due at purchase.
Your site may appear down for 1 to 4 hours while your new IP resolves internally. After that, standard DNS propagation times still apply and your site may not be visible for 24-48 hours on some ISPs until they catch up.
