CMS with the option to assign users to a page

Hi,

Maybe a weird question,
But I am thinking about extending my website,
And I am actually looking for a cms with the option to assign specific users to specific pages and give them edit rights to that page.

So basically the total admin has to be able to edit every page,
But like page admins.

I looked at wordpress demo but couldnt find this option,
Does anyone know its there, or does anyone know a good cms who has this option?
