Vbulletin, IPboard or Burning board as forum

Hi,

I want to extend my classifieds site with a forum,
So i searched the internet and narrow my selection down to a top 3:

- Vbulletin
price: $195
+ optional support = $80
pro:

• I think theres a 68c user-bridge available right?
• A lot of people recommend it so it has to be good
• Great layout

- IP Board
price: $150

• Great layout
• A lot of features
• Online template editor

- Burning board
price: $69
+ optional support = $40

• Low price
• Great layout

I know theres not a "the best" forum script,
But for example, why do 68c use Vbulletin?

Which forum script do you recommend, and why?

P.S. The reason why i did not include any free open-source ones like phpbb or smf is because i did look at them but these ones seemed better.
