paypal problems?

hello,

i am wondering if anyone has been having problems with PayPal lately?

i have money in my account but my subscription payments with 68 and other online companies will not go thru and as a result my subscriptions are being cancelled.

i have contacted paypal and they have not given me any advice on how to resolve the problem and have said the problem is on the subscription end of things.

however. this does not make sense because all of my subscriptions, not just 68, are unable to credit my account.

blair suggested now that my subscription has been cancelled that the ...'The easiest way to re-establish a subscription is to repurchase the Hosted version.'

but how am i to know this problem will not arise again? any suggestion? anyone with similar problems?

any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.....
