Water Damage
Yesterday I got home from work and had water standing in the kitchen, an overhead light about to fall, and the ceiling with water spots all over it.
Next I went upstairs and had water all in the bathroom and a broken sink cabinet. All of that from a little pin size hole in the rubber hose that runs from the water shut off valve to the faucet.  This just isn't my year.
