Freelancers - Any Out There?

I hate admitting when I can't do something, and php is one of those things. I mean, I could essentially get my site up and running, but it would not look nearly as professional as i would like it, and first impressions are really all you have when i comes to websites, so... I am requesting any information for freelance webdesigners who are familiar with this script/program. I have advertised my needs/project on a few freelance oriented websites, but would really feel more comfortable with someone who is familiar with 68C. Money would be paid at completion of site, no demanding deadlines... any info would be appreciated! Thank you.
