Is there standard boilerplate disclaimer text out there that I can modify for the classifieds? It should say something about the owner of the site is not responsible for transactions between users.

I tried searching for a disclaimer template and this is about all I could find:

Try this one where you can replace the obvious names.

Terms & Conditions

If you are really worried then you should pass it by a lawyer in the jurisdiction where your business or self employment arises. This one is actually based on U.K. law and was written for a very large business.
