Forum Changes

We have made the decision that we are going to be a lot more restrictive on our forums here. That means you must be a verified customer in order to post, reply, search, or view threads outside of the news and pre-sales.

We have tried to make the migration as simple as possible and as long as your customer username or email matches your forum account you have been automatically moved to a customer group. For those users that it didn't happen automatically for you will need to visit our customer area and associate your customer account with your forum account. The final change is we are no longer going to offer any customization help through the ticket system. From our end is getting harder and harder to keep up with questions that are not issues with the script. Plus if we answer questions through the ticket system then it does no good for other customers looking to do the same thing.
