v4.0.9 is now released

V4.0.9 is now released and is available from our customers section. This is a bug fix release.

We have made some changes to the way this release was made. Most notable is once you download and extract the files it should create a folder named edition-v4.0.9. Also a change log file is included so you no longer have to read the forum thread to get the list.

Another change is most of the kernel files have been commented for use in phpdoc and also added the subversion revision number and last change date in the head of the file.
