V4.1.x developer needed for a module to gather results

Hi,

As you probably know, I have a charity site.
But because we have a new ambassadeur, we have to change tactiscs slightly.

So i need a developer, or someone who is able to make this module:

A module which gives the user a option to answer a extra question, (with the answers, there has to be a link (popup) with extra (tpl file based) information (just like the popups in the admin module systems)

The admin has to get the following stats from that question:
- the amount of users which have chosen which answer
- the total amount this month of the money of the listings who have chosen that answer.
- the total amount of the money of the listings who have chosen that answer

And i have to be able to add questions and deactivate questions.
So the admin has to see a list with all the answers (the active and non-active questions) and the total money to that answer.

(with money i mean the money of the listing. (so a listing of 6 euros plus 1,50 (bold) will make that listing a 7,50 money listing)

This is to track which user have chosen which charity.

I found somebody who integrete (via iframe) a small survey into the checkout process.

I have seen this on other sites and am looking for anyone that has some information/knowhow etc on if it is possible to show on the website per product category of total value of the listings. This value would be a sum of the prices entered into the PRICE Field.

Admn would have the capability to choose which product values to show.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
