V4.1.x how to represent the file php in the address bar?

hello

i created a modul which is about guestbook for visitor to write there feedback for the site
so what i want is how the file add.php would be represent in the address bar?
i know the file index.php will appear when your write in the address bar "/modules.php?mod=guestbook" but how about add.php how is it represent in address bar??

The only files you can use in a module are index.php, admin.php, hooks.php, and config.php. Any other files could still be used but not accessed in this manner.

You would use: yoursite.com/modules/guestbook/add.php

The best way in my opinion is to wrap it all in the index.php file.
