Help to put Banner Rotator

Hello, i try put Banner rotator in my site, i finded this Script but is in php . look nice and work nice in html, but I cant put with 68 classifieds.

You can add php to the templates with this smarty function:

I try all form but i cant find work

in Instalation say put only this line

<? php include_once("/ad_rotator.php");?>

I try this form
{php}include_once('/ad_rotator.php');{/php}

{php}include_once("/ad_rotator.php"){/php}

and nothing , somebody help please
