Default vBulletin Mod Not Working

I spent some time installing the vbulletin user share and it doesn't seem to work. I've checked the settings.php file several times and have even created new users to make sure everything is connecting right.

When I try to log into the classifieds section with a forum username and password it tells me

I am sorry, but your username or password is incorrect.
Any tricks I should be looking for? I've tried everything.

Oh... and I enabled to the mod too in the admin area.

Thanks.

I had some similar issue beginning running the vBusershare.

I fixed it in modifying the "prefix" parameter in the settings.php file.
Initially I put 'vb' as prefix but I had to put ''vb_' and it now runs fine.

I tested this and it didn't work... thanks for the suggestion though!

I don't have any prefixes on my forum database so it should just be blank (although I tested it with vb_ just to make sure).

Any other suggestions? I wish it would test the connection and tell you where its breaking instead of just saying incorrect username and password.

OK, it's now working. I have no idea why it wasn't working before but after uploading files over and over again I got something right.

Sorry for the confusion.
