Hi,
Heres what i want:
1. When the user registers, they are given the option between "Private Seller" and "Dealer" If dealer is selected i want the user to be able to enter their dealer name in a box under the option. If they have selected private seller i dont want them to have the option to enter a dealer name.

2. In showlistings i want to display if they are a private seller or if they are a dealer then it displays there dealer name. Eg In showlistings the dealers name might be "Some Dealer" i want it to display that next to View Listing. But if they were a private seller i want it to display "Private Seller".

How can this be done?

I would recommend just using one of the extra registration fields for this. It would be up to you to code in the if statements to determine if they should be displayed or not.
