Wanted: Seller Store Enhancements

I haven't actually tried the seller store plugin but as far as I can see it's pretty simple.

Is anyone interested in building an advanced seller store plugin`with capabilities like:

... Create stores from backend
... Nice-URL for stores
... Store backend where store owners can administer a intro text and header image, etc.
... Upload items from backend (I imagine that a store owner would pay a fixed price that would allow them to upload an unlimited amount of items instead of going through checkout every time.).
